Amazon .in - Packages not delivered by Amazon

I have placed many orders on Amazon on **th of September & post that also. Many of the items from my order list are not delivered till this moment. Even though delivery dates are shown between *st to *th Oct **** for many of the products, I am still looking for my products which are lost somewhere. I am continuously contacting Amazon customer care helpline number but no proper action has been taken from their end to resolve my product delivery issues. For few of the items senseless status has been updated from their courier service partner which is not acceptable. I had pretty much worst delivery experience from Amazon India & which has caused mental trauma to me due to immense frustration. So i am seeking help from Consumer Court now to resolve my issues with Amazon India.
