I am writing to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding shipment KNP********* , which was marked as "Delivered" on **th July at **.** (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED).
Regional Head Office numbers of The Professional Couriers in Bangalore at ***-******** or ***-******** , BOTH DOES NOT WORK.
This delivery status is completely false. I have not received this package, nor did I authorize anyone else to accept it on my behalf. I have already verified with my neighbors and building security; no delivery attempt was made.
Marking an item as delivered without physically handing it over is fraudulent and a major breach of your service agreement. This shipment contains IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS and VALUABLE GOODS and its delay is causing severe inconvenience.
I called the local delivery office, and person confirmed that the head office wrongly marked the shipment as delivered.
