I submitted a parcel at **th December ****, at ST courier Kuthukalvalasai, Tenkasi and still the respective receiver didn't receive the package. This is how your service work. I need the answer for this.
First they said it will be delivered on **th Dec, then **th and finally they gave me a timeline today but not yet delivered
This is how a service works, if they can't even able to deliver the products on time what is the necessary of providing such a horrible service?
Today we called and asked they are saying us if it is that urgent we should go to the office and collect it. It has reached the Nagercoil service center but a delivery agent is not there to handover the parcel right? this is how a organization works
To send a parcel from Tenkasi to Nagercoil which takes just * hours of travel is not yet delivered and you people are taking * days and still yet the parcel is not reached
WORST EXPERIENCE
After multiple calls, they started to ignore our calls and I am not having any update on the package
