storeforgamers in - Package wasn t delivered only received the bill

I had ordered an Xbox controller on *th Oct, and I received the package today. The package had on * page, that was the bill. No product at all!! The website is storeforgamers.in. It is not accepting online payments now, and the "chat with us" option on their website has been removed too. Nobody is replying to the emails!
The information given in the parcel was :
