I ordered a gaming Keyboard from storeforgamers.in of worth RS****.** When I went to DTDC to collect my parcel, DTDC said its a document, I am surprised how a keyboard should come under a document envelope, so I refused to accept the delivery of that parcel document and which is returning to the seller Please help me to get my correct product or amount and take strict action against this website. I have attached a screenshot of the purchase made on the website and also attached the photos of the parcel document which I refuse
Please help me getting my refund and taking strict actions against this site so no one will suffer from it in future
