I ordered an earphone from Snapdeal. I received it in an open box and that was not working. Then I raised a complaint to replace it. After two days I got a message that customer wants to keep it still, no one came to pick up it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
