meedha - package was not exchanged despite of multiple requests

I ordered a pack of * joggers from this store of medium sizes but they were short on me so I thought of exchanging them so I paid *** rs for exchange and then sent them the email regarding the same and I did all that on the same day of the delivery i.e when this package was delivered yet I didnt got any type of reply and they never contacted me again I sent them multiple emails but still they didnt responded I am cheated with their pathetic service now I want the refund please take an immediate action
