meedha - Not responding for return policy

I had ordered joggers frm meedha store a online clothing store & order number is #MD**** after receiving joggers on nov ** **** by paying rs ****, i checked the joggers but there quality and fit was not good , so i decided to return them back so i wrote mail for returning of the product and asked them to initiate return process to meedha team ( mail id: help@meedha.com) and even tried calling them on number ( +************ - Devbart Sharma) no response from any of mail and calls , then as per return policy on there website i worte mail and paid ***rs extra for returning the product delivery charges on **th Nov **** again there was no reposons from meedha store. Am fed up of there no response service. So writing this complaint hope i get my refund money back.
