I am writing to formally complain about Order, placed on March *, ****. Despite making a full prepaid payment for two pairs of shoes, the delivery was repeatedly delayed without explanation. I have now discovered the order status is marked as 'Cancelled,' though I did not authorize this. Since the order has not been fulfilled and your team has been unresponsive for nearly a month, I am demanding an immediate full refund.
