Myntra - package was not delivered and the items was canceled without knowing me

i have an order for replacement from myntra , it should be delivered by yesterday , the delivery boy went to the house and not aggered to deliver the product to me . 
today again from the morning i was contacting him but he doesn't responded to my call . 
after that he went beneath my house and was telling to exchange the item , but  have informed him yesterday that i will not be available till * pm after * pm he can come any time he want . he rudely cut the call and when i was calling him he didn't responded and canceled my order , i don't know on which purpose he canceled the item with out my permission  , below are my order details :-
