I've ordered a (prepaid) mobile with exchange through flipkart on **/**/****. It should be delivered on on **/**/****. Delivery person offered me ***₹ against the offered value of flipkart ****₹. He rejected all manual checks while online checking through flipkart reset app was acceptable. So I refused to take the order but delivery person didn't cancelled the order, he rescheduled the order for next day. Everyday in morning he called me & ask me to come his office to collect order. Meanwhile I again ordered the same mobile on **/**/****, it's expected delivery was on **/**/**. But delivery person didn't delivered this order as well. I've filed a complaint on NCH, so refund for first mobile was given me on **/**/**.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
