I ordered a product on Meesho app. I received a message about delivery of the product but I had not received anything. It was a pre-paid order, hence I raised a complaint about the same. I received an email after * days stating the delivery partner received a signature from the receiver during delivery. But the signature was not shared with us. There was no specification about the OTP. Why don’t they follow the system of verifying through otp during the delivery? This should be done especially for the pre-paid orders. Now I am clueless whether the product will ever reach me or not. There is no talk about what happens if I have not received the product. Will I receive a refund or get the product that was ordered? No clue. They are very irresponsible. Out of curiosity, I checked the Meesho app reviews and was shocked to see that I am not the first person to be looted, there are many more cases like mine. This is nothing but fraudulent.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
