I Love My Polish filed complaint against Shiprocket on Apr 5, 2024
Shiprocket's Ekart service was used to send a parcel to my client, and the package was marked delivered on **.**,****
My client recorded the proper unboxing video of the same, when she felt a shady re-taping was done And it weighed too light.
To her dismay all the actual contents of the package were removed, and replaced by USED LIPSTICKS while Lipsticks are not even a product sold by us. When we asked shiprocket to be confronted regarding the theft- they have very high standards of proof, whereby we gave them order packing videos/ we gave them unboxing videos/ we gave them sample packing videos as well. When it came to the resolution we simply received the message, your dispute stands rejected after investigation- WITH NO PROOF as to why they rejected it. They get the same investigated through the same courier partners, who steal. Imagine asking a thief if they stole. The scam runs deeper, as when i tried initially to revert the mail which asked for proofs, it said email id not found. Only to hear from their CS Executive for a week, that they dont have a functional email id for over a week. Imagine the CS support where you can't mail a **** cr company. This company takes no accountability even in the face of proofs, and this was a SHIPROCKET SECURED PARCEL. their scam and theft emboldening policies have to be called out.
