On **th March **** I ordered food from Cafe Porkotini, Kalikapur, Kolkata and then ordered Swiggy Genie to pickup my order since Porkotini didn't have their own delivery partner. Swiggy delivery partner went to the restaurant, picked up my order and then did not update on app that order was picked up. I got a confirmation from restaurant that order has been picked up. He was constantly cutting my calls and was unreachable the whole time. I tried calling from other number too but he didnt pickup. I have been scammed. My order worth ****rs has been lost completely and Swiggy is refusing to refund my money even though they promise they are responsible for all thefts and losses. Please help me get my money back.
