Swiggy Genie - Package not received delivered

SARASWATHI filed complaint against Swiggy Genie on Oct 18, 2021

I had sent an electronic item through swiggy genie on the **th of Oct, ****.
As there was network issues in contacting the person who was supposed to collect the package, and as I (the sender of the package) had my phone switched off, the delivery executive was not able to reach either of us, and as a result , the order was cancelled.

Though swiggy has initiated the refund process for the logistics(*** INR), there has been no repeated reply to repeated requests on the whereabouts of the package.

This complaint is thus primarily concerned on getting the contents of the package back.
