I ordered Mochi pink and gold embellished hand bag from Myntra on **April,**** and it stated that my bag will be delivered by Saturday **April at my address. But after every *-* days the delivery is getting delayed as it has not even been shipped yet.
Its **April today and still my product is not shipped. I ordered it for someone on her special day, but everything is ruined and my promise to her broke down as well. This had an impact on my image.
What kind of service is this! Not expected this from Myntra.
