Hi, I am calling regarding my Meesho account. I had initially ordered * products.....kept *, returned the others due to issues, and got the refund in my Meesho balance. Later, I placed another order, and suddenly my account got permanently banned without any warning.
Now the app wont open, and customer service says they cant help. Also, * products in my latest order were already in my cart by mistake,I cant return them, and even if the quality is bad, I wont get a refund. My remaining Meesho balance is now useless.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
