I sent then my Skullcandy indy earphones * month ago and told them to ship it at my home address because of the lockdown i was not in my hostel.
Even after submitting some forms and emailing them my new address they still sent my product to chennai instead of gorakhpur.
They did this after taking a month time to resolve my issue
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
