Brandeyes - CANCELLED BUT STILL DELIVERED NOT NOT GETTING RETURN

i ordered one earbuds from Skullcandy.in , but ordering immediately i wanted to cancel the order so started calling customer care as there was written that you cannot cancel once order is shipped. so i started immediately and tried several times (nearly **) but not able to connect. then next day i also drop a mail to them regarding my order and also to cancel the same.
then also no reply. the product got delivered to me ,after then i again dropped a mail to them regarding the problem i have faced then after * week i received a reply that there company policy is not return any product.
then mails exchanged ( though they reply only once a week) i explained i wanted to cancel the order as per your company policy but they are determined and had one ans for all that sorry we will not be able to help you as return is not our policy.

i donot know what to do.
