Amazon .in - Package returning again and again from past 3 days

I ordered apple airpods* on **-**-**** but the order was not complete but money was deducted from my card. Later again on **-**-**** i ordered apple airpods* and this time also i paid from my card and the order was complete and just before it was shipped i got the message from amazon that my order is returning back to the seller, i thought due to some technical issue it was returned but later on **-**-**** again i ordered airpods same thing i repeated i paid and order was complete but again after approx ** hour i got the message from amazon that my order is returning back to seller and after that i got pissed and i called customer executive of amazon he said seller is cancelling the order and he said seller is mentioning he can’t deliver to my location and for that i asked that if he can’t deliver to my location then how can i order and if ordered then you should deliver it. Due to this my card limit is blocked and i got mentally stress by calling again again as i called * times evertime the customer executive said different statement. But after that i dropped the plan to buy airpods and I ordered noise shots from amazon on **-**-**** but same thing is repeated as i got the same message that my order is being returned to the seller. Now i got stressed and my card limit is blocked for atleast * days. I am regular customer of amazon as it’s not expected that from atleast amazon.
