I placed * orders for doormats. * order had * doormats and other order had * doormats. Both orders were placed from same vendor and all * doormats came in * package only. I returned both orders on *th November. The courier guy came and picked the entire product (all * doormats) and left without saying anything. Next day, the meesho app showed one order is pending to be picked up today. I was surprised because I returned all doormats yesterday itself. I contacted meesho customer support team but they didn't help. They said the products (* orders) will be picked up by * different delivery agents and I never got the message that the * orders will be picked up by * different delivery agents. I got only * message for pickup on *th November, and since I received the entire order in * package, I returned the whole package to that delivery agent. At the end of the day, the vendor is same, so the vendor will get both the parcels, now meesho is not returning money for my *nd order, they have refunded the *st one. But this is cheating with the customer, their delivery agent never told me that he came to pick only * product, he took both the products and now their seller has received both the products but they are not returning my money for the *nd order. I request refund of INR *** for my *nd order because I have returned the product and the seller has recieved it as well.
