Myntra - Package returned but refund is being denied

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a grievance regarding a return pickup for my Myntra
order,
Order ID # ******* **************
where the product has already been picked up but the app status is still
showing Out for Pickup.

The product was successfully picked up from my residence on *th February.
The Ekart delivery executive called me at *:** PM, and during that call I
requested him to pick up the product from my home as I was in the office at
the time. The pickup was completed accordingly.

However, despite this, the Myntra app has not been updated and continues to
show the pickup as pending. I contacted Ekart customer support, but they
were unable to resolve the issue or update the status.

For your reference, I have my call logs showing the call from the pickup
executive at *:** PM on *th February. I wasnt given any acknowledgement
slip post the pickup. Myntra is denying the product being picked up at all
