I ordered a oul filled room heater from flipkart on **th Dec **** which was delivered to me on **th Dec’**. I tested it and found this product was not as expected because it was unable to heat my room. Last date of return was *th Jan **** and I had placed a return request on *rd Jan **** where in the return request it was mentioned that item will be picked from my address maximum by Jan ** **** and refund will be processed.
Later on we were waiting till *th Jan **** and suddenly got an email saying my order return request has been cancelled and no has picked up the item. Then i started calling flipkart customer care and then they said we don’t know why this has happened we will resolve this issue by **th Jan ****. In between one person from flipkart came and picked up the item from my home. Now item is with flipkart and still they are not refunding my money.
They are sending updates every * days saying it will get resolved by **th Jan, then **th Jan and now **th Jan ****. I am attaching order id and return id along with the acknowledgment slip of itne returned.
