Ramesh Reddy filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 6, 2022
I have ordered blazer and I have received a defect piece with single button. I have returned the product immediately. Once I placed the return request got a message from Myntra is that , we will do the quality check and if the product meets the quality check then the refund initiated , else the same product will be reshipped. Now my product does not meet the quality check and they are reshipping to me. I had called to customer support and they are saying that please accept the product and do a call to us once you receive the product then will initiate the investigation.
Why do i need to accept if i do not want the quality less item.
Please help me in to get my refund.
