I returned joggers HRX by Hrithik Roshan on **-Mar-****. The item was picked up on **-Mar-**** by Myntra pickup agent with * other items. I didn’t receive the refund for particular one item after the pickup till date. Myntra is refusing to pay me back saying the they have not received. This is a theft and Myntra is not taking any action against it. This can happen again if no strict action taken. The pickup agents have the liberty to say no that they haven’t received the package and we have to bear the expenses.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
