Snapdeal.com - Package received but main part is missing

I ordered a Sony A***U single din car stereo worth **** from Snapdeal on ** April **** and received the package on ** April **** but when opened the package I found the main part i.e. the stereo head is missing from the package. I tried to contact Snapdeal for help and they consoled me for the concern. And they told me to mail photographs of the package to them and I did so. Then after some days I again mailed them to know about my request status but told me to wait for their further email. Then I received a mail to fill a Snapdeal Empty Shipment Form and I send them the filled form. Then they mailed me on ** April and was told to wait for * days. Till then I'm waiting for their response but no one is contacting me.
I request you to please help me because I've been cheated by Snapdeal and I'm just a student with no earnings. I hope Voxya will help in getting justice.
