Free Prints - Package received but a defective one

I ordered a photobook of *** size. But I received my photobook with permanent white spots of dust in all the pages of the book, which is completely useless. Then I complained about it to the customer service of free prints. But unfortunately, I got a very disappointing response no changes can be applied to the order once submitted I have received useless problem-solving email against my complaint. It's a white spots dust that is not the bad quality of photos. That is nothing but a type of permanent dust that makes the paperwhite spots. Or this is the example of bad quality of paper used by them. That book is completely useless, even I can't show it to anyone
I'm really very disappointed.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I will be thankful for your prompt action.
