Free Prints - Package not delivered for 34 days

Hi,
I ordered ** prints (order no. FP************) on **th June and was supposed arrive by **th June'** which I haven't recieved yet.
This is totally not acceptable. I get updates once I am asking for them. No one from freeprints team bothers to contact me for the same and tells me that the address was not reachable. Noone called for verifying the address however I get orders from all courier companies as this is a well accessible location. Not sure why it is not reaching from freeprints.
The order was placed one and a half month back and was supposed to be delivered by ** working days. However, the dates have been continuously changing, for which I had complained through mails. I always got a reply that there is delay from India post, and they don't even provide me with the tracking ID.
Is this the type of service that is provided by a brand like FreePrints? I am totally disappointed.
