I have booked my trip to Mauritius in month of February, **** through Make My Trip Holidays before pandemic (Paid **,*** as booking amount) . But due to pandemic all the trips to Mauritius are cancelled.

As we see the pandemic is going on it's almost a year now since my booking was done but there was no communication from MMT's side for any refund or destination change. So request you to please look in to the matter and help me to get my refund as early as possible (as it's been almost a year now) as i am already facing financial problems due to pandemic. I am attaching the booking details document.
