I placed return request for * items, and got update that the will be picked up. After * day products were picked up from my home but in system it was updated as pickup failed. I immediately contacted customer care and they said they will update in * days but after * days they resolved the issue marking comments that items were never picked up. And they are not helping in any way.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
