Flipkart - Package not yet delivered

I have ordered Push*Fit Multipurpose Fitness Bench from Flipkart on April **, ****. They promised me to deliver the product on April **, ****. But they did not deliver and changed the date to May *, ****. After that also they failed me to deliver the product. I have called them ** to ** times. I am following up daily. They are saying wait for ** hours we will resolve the issue but not yet resolved. I asked them to refund my amount they are saying backend team will get back to you its about * month. I am asking them to either deliver the product or refund my amount they are not yet resolving the issue. I am very concern about this feeling very frustrated and stressed out due to this. They are cheating customers like this even I am a Flipkart Plus Member. My order yet not received. Please take proper action on Flipkart so that it won't happen to others and please try to solve my issue.
