I ordered a camera cage for my Sony A**** on July ** ****. As of September ** ****, my order has not yet been dispatched. On contacting customer care they had assured me that they would deliver it in a week. After a week, I reminded them of their new commitment and I was met with athe exact same response, word-for-word. They mentioned that the package had already been shipped, but as of now, it still hasn't. Then, I told them that I didn't care, I wanted more information. Finally they said that they wold contact the seller and that was the last I had heard from them. After repeatedly sending them emails, there has been no response. I've even checked my SPAM folder. I understand that lockdown and the border dispute is making business hard, by why the lack of transparency?

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
