I've placed an order of a portable charger thing from your Eassymall site on **th May **** with order number OID*****
Today, I tried to check regarding the status of delivery of the product, suddenly it shows it has been declined and cancelled. I did not recieve any information about this. Nor did I receive any refund (Rs ***).
I need refund of the product ASAP. I have paid through Phone Pe.
There is no way to contact them expect for a support mail ID. There no response form the support mail IDs side as well. No phone number, nothing.
Kindly let me know about the status of this product's cancellation and refund and also the reason for the cancellation.
