I had placed an order on ** October, **** for which I received an order confirmation mail. The order has not been shipped. I tried to email them multiple times but no reply.

I placed an order after which I got my message that said that the order was placed and the amount was deducted. Next, when I tried to track the order I wasn't able to, I messaged the page too, but to no avail.
