I have not received my order since * months and these people are not replying and now I just want my money back .. because I have checked that they are not sending the products which are being shown by them ..

I placed an order after which I got my message that said that the order was placed and the amount was deducted. Next, when I tried to track the order I wasn't able to, I messaged the page too, but to no avail.
i cancelled the order and still did'nt recieve the cash back .
i ordered in october bt they when i called them to ask abt my order said tht it is not available nd asked me to replace tht also i did bt they still didnt delivered me my order!!
