Chains and Charms - Package not shipped and they are not even responding to my queries it s been a month

They say there processing time is *-* days and when asked about it after ** days they are don't even respond. Not even on email or social media and they don't have a contact number also. They don't take cash on delivery too so I had to pay online before getting my order.
