Jabong.com - package not returning even in the given time and they are not giving me exchange offer also

I placed an order from jabong.com on **/**/**** that is green colour shirts of the killer brand. I got that shirt delivered on **/**/** so on **/**/**. I open that shirt and try so I found that size was too small on my body. Even it is a large size which I always used to wear but I don't know what is wrong with the size of this brand. So I thought to return it as jabong give this service that anyone can return or exchange their products within ** days but when I opened jabong app so there I didn't get a return or exchange offer. Then I got worried so I call jabong customer service also. They said we can't return your product. So I said then exchange my product like give me a big size so they said we don't have a big size also. They said we can't do anything in this. That clearly means I waste my money that is *** rupees.
But according to law and norms of jabong they have to return or exchange it but they don't do this. It is my humble request please take serious actions against them. I want justice.
