Flipkart.com - Package not returned Fraud Cheating

I purchased a product name Strauss Patella Knee Supporter (Order ID-OD******************) on **.**.****. I received the product on **.**.****. Not finding the product as per desired quality/need/fit, I applied for return on **.**.****. But no pick up took place. When I checked the website few days later, I found that there was no display of return request. I again applied for return on **.**.****. A message came to me notifying me about acceptance of my return. But no return took place till date. Today on **.**.**** when I checked the Flipkart website, there was no information displayed about my request of return. Then I called Flipkart customer care, Customer care executive told me that your request of return had been cancelled and now ** days have been passed so no return can take place now. Flipkart did not inform me about cancellation of my request of return instead they waited for ** days to pass so that they can refuse returning of product. I requested customer care executive to transfer my call to some senior executive. He put hold my call for ** minutes but no transfer took place. This is highly objectionable. This is not a matter of Rs *** only. This is a matter of Fraud, Cheating and breach of trust of customer's faith. Flipkart is not delivering what they are claiming.
