Delhivery Direct - Package not returned

They are not returning my package (monitor) which I had sent to my office.I had cancelled it on the same after the pick up because the agent who came for pick up took another package with him. The monitor is in their jugibhita warehouse in the same city where I stay but they are delaying it and shifting the dates. Please Do the needful as it belongs to my office.
