Delhivery Direct - Package not delivered

I have booked following parcels but none of them are delivered yet. Delivery partner is not picking up the phone. From past few day always showing status as "your item will be delivered today".
Following parcels are not delivered yet.
Varanasi to Pune,
Varanasi to Jorhat,
Varanasi to Patna
I want to file a complaint against the "Delhivery Direct", They are fraud. I have seen many people has raised a complaint against them.
