Reebok India Company - Package not redispatched after quality failure

The courier guy collected two reebok orders for return namely- order number ********* and order number ********* on *th March for return. He picked up both orders and didn't mention the first order (*********) for return shipping. On contacting bluedart they say that no information is available in the system. Though my orders were returned because of size issue, the company didn't inform by mail (for order number *********) and on enquiring said that it had failed the quality check but never redispatched the order. I think it has lost the article and is not ready to issue refund or acknowledge the same.
Since February I'm calling them regularly and no resolution is provided. They are making fool of me by asking me to wait for **-** hours everytime and now September has come. How shameless. I had a trust with the brand. But no longer.
