sundirect dth - Package not recharged

I have done once *** for recharge of * months through ezrecharge which giving details of transaction: Transaction ID: T **********************and UTR no: ************. And again I recharged of rs *** which transaction details like T********************** and UYR no: ************. But till now is not recharged. So please help me.
