They told me that the estimated delivery time is * to * working days, but its been more than * weeks, and I haven't recieved my order. They are not even replying to me, since I paid the full amount. I tried contacting many times through whatsapp instagram and call. They saw my messages instantly in instagram. But no response from their end.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
