Prateeksha Jain filed complaint against Wear your glamour on Feb 5, 2021
I previously filed a complain from my old voxya id jainprateeksha**@gmail.com against an instagram business page Wear Your glamour. I selected a dress on its instagram page on cash on delivery basis. They delivered a dress totally different from what they have shown in the pictures. Then they stopped a reply and I filed a complain. After that they promised me to exchange the dress with another one and refund the extra amount, if any. So, i removed the complaint against them. After so many reminders on **th January, ****, they refunded Rs. *** in my bank account and said that i will get delivery within next week. Now it is *th day after the said promise but i have not yet received the parcel. I have repeatedly asked for the tracking id of the parcel, but they have not provided that also... seems like they have not yet dispatched because the original parcel was delivered within * days of delivery. Also, I asked them to arrange the reverse pick up of the previous wrong dress, but that has also not been done, even after a promise that they will arrange for it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
