I had ordered * items from this online store on **st Feb ****. However, till date I haven't received my package. The tracking details show that it has not been dispatched. I tried contacting their Customer Care over Whatsapp message and call but no response from them. This seems to be a fraud company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
