Shadesltd On Instagram - Package not received nor do they respond

I messaged the Instagram page Shadesltd to enquire about their product. They dint respond for */* days . I had messaged them multiple times by then. But they dint respond at all. So I asked my sister to message them and check if they respond and to my surprise they responded immediately. I assumed may be there was some technical error and hence my messages weren’t going through or something. I asked my sister to place the order on my behalf. They said payment will have to be made through a upi id that was Jaintex***@Jio which belonged to Pratik Solanki . I also wanted an express delivery so they said if you pay Rs*** extra I will receive the package in * days. So my sister went ahead and made the payment of Rs****. And since then they haven’t responded at all after sending so many messages to them. The order was placed on *th April **** . I started looking up for them and later realised there are so many complaints against them . Hence decided to file a complaint myself.
