I ordered shirt & high waist pant combo from shadesltd_ on instagram, i saw this product on instagram and messaged them, they said it is available and then said cod is not available and asked to transfer **** through upi & i made the transfer through upi & the name showed Pratik Solanki, i did this on *rd april & they asked my address & said it will come in *-** days & it’s been more than a month & no parcel came & since then i have messaged them numerous times but no response/update from their side, i have screenshots of everything, kindly help me out
