Rust Orange - Package not received after full payment

I've placed an order from RustOrange on **th February by paying the full amount (Rs.***.**). But I didn't receive the product, so I contacted the customer service. They replied by saying that they didn't receive the payment for the same and asked me to contact Razorpay to know anything else. As they said, I contacted Razorpay and they confirmed that payment of Rs.*** was successfully made to RustOrange. The amount got deducted from my account. PFA proofs of the same.
Ever since I tried to contact RustOrange, they were never responding. I tried sending multiple messages in the past week but never got a reply. I could see that the same problem has happened to many people, so I kindly request you to take necessary actions.
