I ordered a set of Rajasthani bangles from Meesho; it was a prepaid order, yet I never received it. However, when I checked the app, it showed the order as "Delivered"—specifically at **:** PM on ** April. How is this even possible? How can a delivery person deliver a parcel without the recipient providing the OTP? I want to know where my parcel is; I want my parcel back. Furthermore, how can a delivery person engage in such misconduct? I demand that appropriate action be taken regarding this matter to ensure that no one else faces such an issue in the future.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
