Messho App - Order not placed

I paid ₹**** through Paytm/UPI around * hour ago for an order, but the order was never placed. The items are still in my cart and there is no order ID, SMS, or email confirmation, but the payment was successful and money was deducted from my account. Please either confirm the order or process the refund urgently. I have screenshots and the UPI transaction ID.
